Payment and refund support

For payment issues, include your Telegram id, Razorpay payment id, Razorpay payment link id if available, payment date, amount, and a short description of the issue. Do not share OTPs, passwords, PINs, CVV, or complete card/bank credentials.

Privacy and data requests

For account deletion, data access, data correction, or consent withdrawal requests, contact support from the same Telegram account or email address associated with your account where possible. We may ask for additional verification before acting on the request.

Response timeline

  • General support: usually within two business days.
  • Payment activation issues: investigated within two business days after receiving payment details.
  • Refund requests: reviewed within seven business days after receiving complete transaction details.

Grievance escalation

If a support request remains unresolved, reply to the same support thread with the subject 'Grievance escalation' and include the original request details. We will review escalated payment, privacy, and service complaints in good faith.
