These Terms govern access to and use of ExpenseLens. By creating an account, using the Telegram bot, using the dashboard, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and account access
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the Telegram account and profile information used for login.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
Permitted use
- You may use ExpenseLens only for lawful personal expense tracking and related budgeting workflows.
- You must not misuse, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or interfere with the service.
- You must not submit illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or payment-instrument credential data into the service.
AI-generated output
ExpenseLens uses AI and rule-based systems to classify expense entries, detect merchants, and generate insights. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review important financial records yourself before relying on them.
Payments and paid access
- ExpenseLens Pro costs Rs.99/month.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. ExpenseLens does not store payment instrument credentials.
- Paid access starts after successful payment confirmation from Razorpay and remains active for the purchased access period.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Customer responsibilities
- You are responsible for entering correct expense, budget, payment, and contact information.
- You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use of the service.
- You should keep independent copies of any records needed for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.
No regulated advice
ExpenseLens is not a bank, payment aggregator, investment adviser, tax adviser, accountant, lender, insurance provider, or credit bureau. The service is for expense organization and informational analytics only.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features where required for security, compliance, maintenance, or product changes. We may restrict access if an account is used in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
