Shipping and Delivery Policy

ExpenseLens is a digital SaaS product. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

Delivery method

  • Digital access through the ExpenseLens web dashboard and Telegram bot
  • No courier, postal shipment, cash on delivery, or physical package is involved.
  • Users access the service using their Telegram account and the ExpenseLens web dashboard.

Delivery timeline

  • Free access is available after successful Telegram login, subject to service availability.
  • Paid Pro access is usually activated within minutes after Razorpay confirms successful payment.
  • If payment confirmation is delayed, activation may take up to 24 hours. Support will investigate confirmed payment issues within two business days.

Failed digital delivery

If you paid successfully but cannot access Pro features, contact support with the Razorpay payment id, payment link id, registered Telegram id, and payment date. We will either activate access or process an eligible refund under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Service availability

Digital delivery depends on internet connectivity, Telegram availability, hosting availability, Razorpay payment confirmation, and the user's device/browser. Temporary maintenance or outages may affect access.
